May, 2016 My daughter and I were searching for a commercial space for a new business last fall. We quickly realized we were over our heads with the complexity of leasing commercial space. We were referred to LoriAnn Cardoni-Datillo who has been in commercial real estate for many years. She immediately took over and we couldn’t have been happier with the job she did. Throughout the entire process she was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. There was a lot of terminology with the lease that we were not familiar with and she educated us until we felt totally comfortable with the lease components. We relied heavily on her advice and opinions and she was always available at a moment’s notice when issues or concerns came up during the lease negotiation. There were also ancillary requirements we had to take care of to finalize the lease (i.e. insurance, HVAC service, build-out, and signage). We had a short build-out period and time was of the essence to open before Derby Day. She had professional contacts in all of these areas that worked with us to quickly turnaround quotes and work to be performed. We had a fantastic grand opening and we couldn’t have pulled it off without her. She was instrumental every step of the way and continues to assist us in lease matters.
In addition to assisting us with our lease, we have also contracted with her to provide marketing services through “The People Behind the Signs”. During our lease negotiation she reviewed our business plan and developed a marketing plan specialized for us (including an internet site). She created several video clips and assisted in the development and distribution of grand opening communications. She was very in tune to our mission and was able to develop targeted marketing accordingly. We are still in the early stage of our marketing rollout and so far the response has been tremendous. We would highly recommend LoriAnn for her real estate and/or marketing services. She takes personal pride in performing at a superior level and is very responsive to customer needs. As an added plus, she’s a big proponent of local business and is enthusiastic for your success as well!
